Do you have a returns policy?

All Paperback orders placed are on a print-on-demand basis which means, unfortunately, it's not possible to offer returns. eBook order are sent immediately to your chosen email address. However, due to eBooks being sharable very easily once downloaded, all eBook orders are also non-refundable.
How long does it take to print my book(s)?

Printing takes place in the UK and the aim is to print and dispatch your book(s) within 3 working days.
What is the shipping cost for my book(s)?

The shipping cost will vary depending on the size of the order and location of delivery. Details will be confirmed at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is available to all countries not currently embargoed by the UK Government. A range of tracked and untracked services are available to help get your book(s) to the right destination. Here are some guidelines; UK - next day for DPD / 1-2 days for Royal Mail 1st & Yodel Priority / 2-5 days for Royal Mail 2nd & Yodel Standard. US - from the UK, FedEx is 1-2 working days and USPS consolidator can range between 5-12 working days. Australia / Rest Of World - Untracked is estimated anywhere between 10-20 working days. Tracked is estimated anywhere between 7-15 working days.
